When people are making a software buying decision, they want to know if, when there is a problem, they will be able to find support. Saving a few dollars on a solution is a bad decision if it interrupts mail flow. Email is still the #1 corporate application, and we take its importance very seriously. Which is why, when we get a phone call from a customer, we handle it as if our own mail was affected.
